Camping instructions:

FRIDAY 29 AUGUST - Please arrive no earlier than 3PM.

SATURDAY 30 AUGUST - Please be mindful if arriving on the saturday that there will be events happening all day and the site will be extremely busy! You can arrive anytime on Saturday for camping but please be self sufficient and know where you are going :)

1 There will be a steady slope to the campsite located on your left BEFORE you enter the EVENT FIELD - sign posted Camping Field

2) Please find a space, park up, pitch up and we will come round during the course of your stay to tick off your booking. 

3) The field is very big so please pitch where you like :) 

4) Gas stoves, BBQ'S off the ground are permitted, usual fire safety rules apply. 

5) Please take your rubbish home and make sure no litter is left to fly about to ruin the beautiful grounds and estate we will all be enjoying. Anyone found to be careless on this matter will be asked to leave. 

6) No fire pits or Open Fires. 

7) Toilets and Hot Showers will be available next to the camping area.

8) Water point can be located near the shower block.

9) No noise or traffic movement from 10pm, anyone disturbing the peace and sleep of others will be asked to leave. Zero tolerance on this - no acceptions! 

10) Look up, enjoy the beautiful scenery and be considerate of others. 

11) There is no washing up facilities, plenty of water though.

12) Dogs contained in pens and/or kept on leads at all times - NO ACCEPTIONS! 

13) Motorhomes & caravans welcome, should be quite dry at this point in time. 

We will be super busy with the practical preparations so please feel free to ring me on the number below if there are any MAJOR issues and please bear with us. 

There will be Pizza onsite Saturday night - please find attached their menu (and note unfortunately there is no gluten free option). …………………will be serving food all day Saturday & Sunday. .

Also onsite from Friday late afternoon, all day Sunday will be Cafe Allez serving hot & Cold drinks/local beers and fizz. 

There is also The Fuel Tank at the Estate's Engine Yard - The Fuel Tank Kitchen - Engine Yard Belvoir

Plenty of local pubs  and restaurants too
