Camping instructions:

1) Please arrive FROM 3PM (if you would like to arrive sooner on the Saturday (Friday for those that had already booked on before the date change), please keep to the camping area until Registration opens at 4pm on the Saturday as we will still be setting up)

3) There will be a steady slope to the campsite located on your left BEFORE you enter the EVENT FIELD - sign posted Camping 

4) Please find a space, park up, pitch up and we will come round during the course of your stay to tick off your booking. 

4) The field is very big so please pitch where you like :) 

5) Gas stoves, BBQ'S off the ground are permitted, usual fire safety rules apply. 

6) Please take your rubbish home and make sure no litter is left to fly about to ruin the beautiful grounds and estate we will all be enjoying. Anyone found to be careless on this matter will be asked to leave. 

7) No fire pits or Open Fires. 

8) Toilets and Hot Showers will be available next to the camping area.

9) Water point can be located near the shower block.

10) No noise or traffic movement from 10pm, anyone disturbing the peace and sleep of others will be asked to leave. Zero tolerance on this. 

11) Look up, enjoy the beautiful scenery and be considerate of others. 

12) There is no washing up facilities, plenty of water though.

13) Dogs contained in pens and/or kept on leads at all times. 

14) Motorhomes & caravans welcome, should be quite dry at this point in time. 

We will be super busy with the practical preparations so please feel free to ring me on the number below if there are any MAJOR issues and please bear with us. 

There will be Chez Sebastien Artisan Pizza onsite Saturday night - please find attached their menu (and note unfortunately there is no gluten free option). Mister Moustache will be serving food all day Sunday. 

Also onsite from Saturday late afternoon, all day Sunday will be Cafe Allez serving hot & Cold drinks/local beers and fizz.

Plenty of local pubs  and restaurants too
